Images are pixelated in Movie Studio Platinum 16

Using newest windows operating system. When I load images into my Vegas editor, they are all pixelated. even the whole Vegas work space is pixelated. How do I fix this. But only when I open Sony Vegas do I see this.

Give us a screenshot of the Vegas interface with some pictures on the timeline.

The images are very pixelated. So are the thumbnails.

Here's a close up of the timeline. I expanded the timeline size so you can see the pixelation. These images open up just fine in any other program. They were taken with a cell phone.

The timeline thumbnails look great to me. What do you expect from thumbs? As for your preview try altering the quality to a higher setting if your pc will handle it i.e.Good or Best.
