images in timeline, want to auto fade etc..

Ok, I know you can preset some settings to make the length of each picture to be x amount of seconds and the crossfade to be y amount of seconds, but what about when the pictures are already on the timeline, and some are spaced out more then others because of manually changing them.

Is there anyways to highlight all of them and get them all back to square one so they are all the same length and the cross fades are equal.

One word: Excalibur

It contains a Duration Wizard to make them all the same length and a Gap wizard to properly overlap them all.
