Importing FFMpeg mp4s

I guess this is a long shot,

But anybody know why VMS can't recognize FFmpegs mp4s as valid mp4's?

"ffmpeg mp4" does not say much. You need to tell us the exact command line you used to create these mp4 files, so we can find out what exact format they're in.

mp4 is a container, surely it should say it couldn't read the codecs if that was a problem?

Its a remux, video is AVC, audio is AC3
