Importing files from SF

I'm researching SF and Vegas. Say I record a WAV file in
SF and I drop markers in at edit points. Will those
markers import into Vegas?

Maybe it would be easier just to record it straight into
Vegas and split it into different segments. Or you could
use regions in Sound forge.

By the way, I know a Jon Blake. Must be a popular name.
