Importing from DVD problem

Hi all, I can't import from one particular DVD. But I can from the others in the group. But I can play it. I just noticed after looking at the files that this one does not have an audio folder, just the video folder. How can I remedy this?

Use another application, like DVD Shrink.

So, are you saying that the fact that this dvd does not have an audio folder has nothing to do with the problem?

I didn't say that. What I said was to use DVD Shrink to get your job done. If there's a bug with the audio on VMS, then I can only tell you to file a bug report with them.
