Importing .MOV Files Problem (VEGAS PRO 21)

Hey guys!

I just upgraded from VEGAS PRO 20 to 21 and now I'm regretting it.

Can someone help me solve this issue? When I import my .MOV files, it does this (see image). I can play back the audio, but the video portion is blank. I had 0 problems with this in VEGAS 20 (besides non-stop crashing), but at least I had something to edit.

I've tried these:

1. Re-Installing the program

2. Enabling QuickTime and downloading it.

What is the type of mov file you are trying to edit? Please use MediaInfo to answer. https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

You could try checking legacy HEVC or AVC decoding in preferences/ file io depending on which format this file is.
