I was wondering if there is a way to import video into the computer using firewire at a faster rate. Currently, if I have 1 hour of footage, then it will take 1 hour to pull it in. I would be surprised if the video datastream is maxing out the firewire cables bandwidth.
Importing via Firewire - Can it be done faster?
