Importing VOB problem

I am importing some VOB files that I am trying to save from a corrupted disc. It appears that either A: the editor did not pay attention to title safe areas (it was done on a MAC) or B: somehow, the import caused some sort of shift, but everybody appears normal, no stretching that I can see. Any Ideas, or am I just missing something simple.

Something simple, I just didn't look at it on the external monitor... I just couldn't see everything. (Note to self, check the obvious before posting)

By any chance, is your monitor window in Vegas set to Full instead of Auto? This would cause you to only see part of the image if the monitor window is set too small.
