IN-OUT POINTS are off!

I have made a menu that has several links to specific points in my video. The in and out points that seem accurate in preview, do not line up on my burned DVD. It seems to end several frames after the actual point I created. It also seems to start the clips at different times than the actual in-points. I would love a responce from TS or anyone on this one.

I think the DVD spec allows chapter points to occur every 15 frames. So when the DVD is prepared, DVDA is probably rounding up or down.

I think a chapter point can only begin on an I frame. You might be better off setting chapter points manually in DVD Architect using already compiled mpg files, rather than setting them in Vegas with Markers.
