incorrect subtitle behavior

The subtitles I have added to a DVD project were working in each DVD burn I made to check for quality. This latest prepare/burn is showing the subtitles long after they should be gone and they also blink in and out. This behavior does not show in Architect preview, so I can't see if anything needs to be fixed since it works in Architect.

Has anyone else had this behavior and a resolution?

The subtitles created in DVDArchitect Pro are supposed to link and lock to the timeline in the project. Problem is they do not really lock well- they can be slightly skewed from your intended timeline lock, by very simple things like closing and re-opening the project and tweaking with inside previews. Very sensitive.

Your outcome could be a burned disc that doesn't play as expected.
Make sure you save the timeline subtitles locked in your latest project save, recreate the prepare files (delete the previous), and burn from that.

I ended up having to add blank subtitle events after each subtitle clip in order to make the text go away. It seemed like the subtitle was staying "in memory" until the next subtitle event. Putting in the blank events cured my issue, but the bug still remains.

I am using all Sony product to make this DVD. So if something goes wrong, like a bug, crash or glitch, there would be only one source... (Sony Vegas, Sony DVD Architect, Sony disk drive, Sony disks, Sony DVD/Bluray player)
