Increase Wave Form display within One Audio Track Only

How do I Increase just the Wave form display within one audio track? Not the size of the track... but the wave form display within a given audio track. NO, I don't want to normalize it... I simply want to magnify the height of the display for visually syncing with another audio track. I know Control+Arrow Up/down increases/decreases the audio wave form for ALL tracks. I want to know how to do so for just ONE audio track. How?

You simply place the cursor at the event header bottom and click/drag the cursor down. That will expand the height of that event only.
