ok, learn very little-small-bit of Telugu language... and నిర్భయం means Fearless via Google Translate...

Anyway, నిర్భయం contains 3 letters of: ని ర్భ యం (ni rbha yaṁ) , but the second letter ర్భ (rbha) contains...., let's just say I call it as 'main' character of, the best I can notice within the character map: is ర (Ra?) but then if I make block selection:

but I don't see that, I'll call it 'secondary-character' on the character map list:

Looks like right now native text tool having trouble processing modification of additional 'secondary' character to the 'main' character. - so far I can observe it.

Besides of typing these texts in graphic application, save as PSD or PNG format, then put it as still graphic layer, alternatively using Titler Pro from NewBlueFX ( https://newbluefx.com/products/titling/titler-pro/ ) - Test Trial first. (Available 7th version, but I currently use 6th version). I don't know other plug-in titler.

"Looks like right now native text tool having trouble processing modification of additional 'secondary' character to the 'main' character. - so far I can observe it." You are very right Sir in saying so. But I do not have NewBlueFX I have only Vegas Pro 17, Adobe Premier Pro 2020, Adobe Photoshop 2020. Adobe Premier Pro accepts all Telugu fonts through text processing Engine selection as I expressed in my first messages. You may kindly take up this issue with the Vegas creators for which I shall be very thankful to you Sir. You tried your level best to test my problems taking lot of pains through odd-timings of country to country. Thanks again. Kindly take up the matter with Creators and I hope they must be able to incorporate the suitable development by the time of Vegas Pro 19 release. Thanks a lot. Bye for now.

Roxio 2012 (Video Wave) of the year 2012 (my first video editing software), and Olive (totally free video editing software under construction as on date which says still there are bugs to be fixed), are printing Telugu fonts 100% perfectly without any text-processing-engine-controls, without any adding-fonts by the creators of those Roxio & Olive video editing softwares. Atleast from now onwards I hope creators of Vegas will take care of this point. Thanks for all the feed back I received from well experienced greats in this thread. Namasthe.👍

I purchased the Roxio Video Editor-2012 (video editing software) for about 1000 Indian rupees (costing between 15 & 20 US Dollars) in the year 2012. That is perfectly writing Telugu fonts 100% correctly, though it was a very basic video editor with very less controls and no text-preference-controls at all. Just before I typed the same word "Nirbhayam" in Telugu fonts Dhurjati & Srikrushnadevaraya. So atleast now MAGIX Vegas creators must improvise the relevant plug-ins/software accordingly. Hoping so with all the best to all of you my good friends.

This is the message I sent to Mr Set who was considerate, warm, continuously understanding my problem practically, but rewriting here so that any other members also can take up the text-engine-preferences software language deficiency to the Vegas Creators.

Yesterday there was a major 650 MB update to my Vegas Pro 17 which deleted old version and replaced with a reason "to fix clash of some media with Windows 10 update". When I purchased it was Vegas Pro 17 (Build 387) and now after the latest update yesterday, it is Vegas Pro 17 (Build 455). But my problem remained as it was. I think it is not much difficult to the creators of Vegas to create text-preference-engine in the lines of Adobe Premier Pro, in preferences/properties. I hope Magix is earning lot of money on individual sales of numbered versions like after Vegas Pro 17, then 18, then 19, then 20, then 21 etc., and I am a small drop in the ocean hence my problem may not be important to them. Because of this language typing problem most of the Indians are with Adobe and I had no local friend who uses Vegas Pro so that I can interact with him. Let us see if the Vegas creators listen to me or not! Please note this existing problem is not only with Vegas Pro 17 or Windows 10. I had this problem of not able to type Telugu fonts right from the year 2012 when I started using Vegas Pro 12, 14, and now 17. So my language typing problem indicates that Sony Vegas upto Vegas Pro 12, Magix after that, never looked at this deficiency in their Software.

Now the fact is, very recently, I purchased Adobe Photoshop 2021 only to write Telugu Titles in that, export that title on transparent background, then import the same into Vegas Pro on some background, then complete my video. Adobe photoshop 2021 (provided Adobe lightroom free with it) costs Rs. 800/- per month, costing about (Indian Rupees 9,600/- per annum). If a person like me has Adobe Premier Pro, I need not touch any other software like Vegas for title making /video creation in my language. I feel Vegas Pro also must fulfill such need of the customers like me. Please don't think that I am praising Adobe. I am Vegas Customer since 2012. But I am bringing forward what the competitor is providing more than what my Vegas is providing. Adobe creator's response also is lightning fast. When I purchased Adobe Photoshop 2021, when I looked at their download page, it was clumsy, clubbing all software (free, other generally free software, trial/buy, paid versions) in one lump, creating confusion in the minds of downloaders. When I expressed this on their forum, the next morning when I opened the download page, I found all were segregated category wise beautifully, giving no place for confusion. I hope the Vegas Creators will hear my feedback on their Vegas Pro software and take remedial action at the earliest.
