Individual Frames and inverted targas

Hello all,

I'm kind of new to dv editing... so please be kind.
Anyway, I'm doing some 3d animation, and have rendered out
a sequence of Targa files. First of all, they are all
inverted, how do I fix this? Second, when I drag them into
the video layer, each image takes up a full second, and I
only want each image to take up 1/30th of a second... how
do I do this?

Thanks in advance,
CoFuZeD
