1. Improved Conform to Project Frame Rate
2. Playback rate: FPS (without Velocity Envelope), and NextGen Realtime Resample for SlowMotion
3. Change FPS in right click menu (without Velocity Envelope. With 0 fps is audio stream auto muted)
4. Improved Time Stretch 0 - 1000fps (with 0 fps is audio stream auto muted)
5. Velocity Video and Audio Lock
6. Velocity for Audio
7. Time Stretch / pitch shift for Project Setting

Thanks for this forward looking post ! - it is a nice change from all the "tech support call" type posts that are overwhelming this forum.
Optical flow / twixtor type slow motion would be high on my wish list. Your UI implementation looks good to me. I think there was an issue with audio stretching that Gary Rebholz mentioned in one of his posts - I think that is why ctrl drag is different from velocity envelope.

Some good ideas there Pierre. You should take a look at this comment and the rest of that thread, which discusses time-stretching audio and one of the reasons why it is like it is now.

I read. It is not a problem. It is important to Time Stretch free range 0-1000%. It is not important to the quality of the output sound quality. The user has to decide himself whether to have the sound turned off or on. I do not use sound while at the speed of 30 to 1%. I do not use it even at high speeds. Video is a priority. Time Stretch + Ctrtl is a faster method. Velocity method using only a Curve.
When using NextGen resample the rate of 30 to 1% very important with Time Stretch + Ctrl. 😜
It is important to use all my ideas as a complex pack.
