Input format restriction???

With the still images, the program working fine. But when I use video sources, it does not play the video in the preview panel. I recorded the video as AVI 320x240 25fps (about 400MB).
I tried to use the MPEG4 source video, it played normally.
Is that because of the large file size or some restriction?

what are you capturing the files with (app; codec)?

you should have no trouble using uncompressed video in VV3, except that it can be a very cumbersome format to work with since the data rate is so high.

the codec that comes with Camtasia (TSSC) works very well for me in Vegas and it uses lossless compression so there is no need to go uncompressed. have you tried capturing with the TSSC codec instead of uncompressed?

they should both work, but TSSC will have smaller file sizes.
