The suggestion from RogerS was:

  • Try installing it in English and see if it opens. There is a known bug with VEGAS and French.

 

By the way, Vegas Pro 23 is not a Sony product, the last Sony Vegas Pro was version 13 released some 11 years ago. All versions of Vegas Pro from version 14 onwards have been released by MAGIX. Please see:

La suggestion de RogerS était la suivante :

  • Essayez de l'installer en anglais et voyez s'il s'ouvre. Il existe un bug connu avec VEGAS et le français.

 

Au fait, Vegas Pro 23 n'est pas un produit Sony ; la dernière version de Vegas Pro éditée par Sony était la version 13, sortie il ya environ 11 ans. Toutes les versions de Vegas Pro à partir de la version 14 sont éditées par MAGIX. Voir :

If changing the install language doesn't work it may be a Microsoft Visual studio issue. Install the latest version of that to fix it.
