I wanted to try to use the AI Auto Reframe, but it says the plugin requires me to download the Deep Learning Models, so then a popup comes up telling me there's a software update of these deep learning models, so I try to update it, but no matter what I do, it won't update.. Does anyone know how to do this? I've been screwing around with it for an hour with no luck
Shot in the dark. Check Windows --> Security --> Protection History.
Some folders may have been locked-down after a recent windows update.
I had to unlock these to install the DLM and NewBlue Titler.

This exact same thing is currently happening to me and I haven't been able to get around it yet.
Try magix service center "my products' and download the latest installer. Works every time.
Simply accepting update from within vegas does not work in all instances.
Well, I finally got it installed. It took five tries and most of the weekend. Interestingly, it defied the definition of insanity. I did the exact same thing five times in a row and got different results every time -- four failures (all in different places in the process) and finally, success. <sheesh>
