Install Older Vegas Versions On Other Machines?

I'd like to install my copy of Vegas 6 on another XP machine (I have 7 on a Vista computer.) Any reason I can't do this, according to Sony's license agreement? (Thought I'd ask before I did it.)

It's your copy so you're free to install it on whatever machine you want.
On my computers at work, the audio workstation is running Vegas 4 and the student computers are on vegas 6 (1) and Vegas 7 (2).
