I had previous install of Movie Studio Platinum 10 with no problem. I decided to uninstall my previous Version 8 to free up space and found that Version 10 also was gone. I downloaded Version 10 again from Sony and when I tried to re-install, I got an error message:
"Error 1625 installation error occurred".

A search shows that the "1625 Error" has to do with permissions and Administrator rights, etc.

I have all permissions and I am the PC Administrator and only user. I have Windows 7 Home Premium.

Sony support contacted, with no solution. Anyone out there with an idea?

Also, I downloaded and re-installed Version 8 again with no problems or Error message.
