From an online search, this came up from Microsoft's "Answers' webpage - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/error-code-0xc000012f/b8501435-00c1-49d5-b644-41505b5cbdb1

MS's answer re error Oxc00012f is that the computer is missing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and provides a link to manually download/install it.

From a search of this forum, it doesn't seem that this error code has been mentioned on the forum before your post today.
