Highly unlikely, though I can't check what other programs came with the H-B bundle because the bundle no longer appears on H'B's website. But from elsewhere on the forum, I see that Sound Forge Pro 17 came with the bundle - installing the Sound Forge audio program would not also install Vegas Pro. Perhaps there was a global installer that came with the bundle and that installer installed everything that needed installing. Another possibility, perhaps the trial version of Vegas Pro 22 was already installed on the computer. If so, opening the VP22 trial version will result in a trial version welcome screen appearing where the full serial number from the H-B purchase can be entered (assuming that H-B provides a VP22 serial number rather than a voucher or coupon code).

Just check add remove programs to see what's installed. The auto installer will include VEGAS.

@snibchi1  .. thank you. I've no idea why it didn't appear on H-B earlier. When doing the same H-B search for VP22 now as I did earlier, it now appears.

The other programs - Sound Forge, Music Maker, Movie Studio - won't install Vegas Pro by themselves. Producer Planet is, I believe, just media, so doesn't involve an .exe or .msi installation.
