It looks to me from your screenshot that it is not yet the installation, but it must first be downloaded and probably there is something on your computer that is not allowing the download of those 2 files.
Windows security or a security program?

Yes, it's the "downloading files" dialog. And not as far as I know, I have had no problems with anything else installing or downloading.

Switched to my 2g WiFi channel and it is working now. Thanks for the help. I'll post if something goes wrong again.
