Installation Problem "atl.dll" can't register

Running Windows ME and I get this error message
saying "can't register ATL.DLL check system and re-try
installation. Did anyone else have this problem and if, so
how do you correct this?

I was able to get around this problem by
downloading "Regsvr32.exe" from the Microsoft downloads
area and copying it to the Windows\System directory.

The problem that you are having can be resolved by
contacting the Sonic Foundry Technical Support Department.
The can send you a step by step procedure on how to fix
this.
