Installation seems stuck

Hi,

I just bought sony vegas pro 14 and when I tried to install it ( after activation of the product) it gets stuck on the loading of opengl32sw.dll, I don't know what to do.

P.S : I disabled my firewall and windows security.

I'm on a laptop Windows 10, i5-6300HQ, gtx 1060 3gb

Thank you for your answer, but as I tried looking for it nothing came out (nothing that i could link with this software) so i decided to contact the assisstance and hopefully they will be able to help me.

it's connected with qt. what version are you running?

I don't know what qt is but I'm runnig the lastest version of Vegas Pro 14, the build 270.

So I decided to reboot my laptop and do it all again and then ! it worked !

Sometimes, it feels like even I don't understand my computer.
