Hi, about a month ago I purchased the standard mpeg 1&2 plugin. I installed it and everything was fine. I had to reformat last week because of a virus and when I tried to use my activation code to reactivate the plugin it gives me an invalid keycode error. I have change nothing on the computer as far as hardware, just a simple reformat and fresh install. What do I need to do to get it reactivated?
