installing on 2 computers?

I want to take videos while on vacation and am bringing my laptop with me. I would like to be able to process my videos and upload to youtube while on vacation.
Can I load Vegas onto my laptop without violating the law?
I thought I remember reading somewhere that's it's ok to do this as long as your only using one computer at a time?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Just remember to register it to get full functionality.

That's correct. As long as its only on two boxes you shouldn't have any problem. Many of us have two installations (pro version) for network rendering, etc.
