Installing trial... breaks my MPEG2 rendering in V4.

After installing the V5 trial it seems I can no longer render MPEG2 from V4. I can render MPEG2 in the V5 trial... but I no longer have the the AC3 render type. I am hosed.

I guess I'll have to uninstall V5 (I never installed DVDA2) and re-install V4 and DVDA1.

Is this <normal> or has something "special" happened to me?

Fixed it by... uninstalling V5, DVDA1, V4, doing a system restore and then re-installing. Now I have MPEG2 and AC3 back. Of course I tried other combinations first... but the system restore was the main one that seemed to fix it. I hope nothing else is broken. I am awaiting arrival of my V5/DVDA2 upgrade.

I have the trial version of V5 installed. Just checked - rendering MPEG2 and AC3 in V4 worked fine for me.

Probably my fault... I tried to get the AC3 render option to appear in V5 (although MPEG2 was there - ac3 was not). I found a bunch of links to some "migration" tools in one of the menus and thought that sounded like something that might help. It didn't.
