Installing VP9 32 + 64 on same PC.

I read in the promo that you get both 32bit and 64bit when you buy VP9.

Has anyone installed both on the same 64bit PC?
Do they install to different locations, eg .....\sony\sonyvegas32 ......\sony\sonyvegas64

My package is somewhere accross the Atlantic heading this way :)

Yes, I have them on the same os. They both operate well enough but they don't seem to operate independently though. Your preferences are actually shared between the 2 programs. Kind of nice I think because I only have to set them once.

I am having issues with the blue sample pack however. It seems I can install/run in one or the other but not both at the same time. I haven't worked out if this is MY problem or blue's problem yet though. According to ED Troxel.... he's not having this issue.

Got both versions installed on Vista 64bits.

No problems with the NewBlue FX package (fx and transitions), they show up up in both versions.
I have just doubled checked !
BTW, I am very satisfied with this NewBlue package.

Let me ask you.... do they ACTUALLY work?

I can install to both and have them show up in both... but only ONE will actually work and that is the last one that I installed to. The other one simply shows a black preview when used.

I installed VP9/64 on my Vista 64 machine but since Neo scenes files don´t function at all in VP9/64 and I must have this option I wonder if its any idea to install VP9/32, would Neo Scene avi´s function in VP9/32 in 64 enviroment.
I know that they function well in V8,0c under Vista 64 but I think I read here somewhere that after installing VP9/32 suddenly V8,0c couldn´t handle Neo Scene avi´s any more.
I don´t dare to install VP9/32 until I hear its no risk losing
V8,0c ability to handle Neo Scene avi´s.
Can anyone confirm?

I have just opened side by side:

Vegas 64bits build 562
and
Vegas 32bits build 563

and have applied a NewBlue FX film look in both version to an .mxf file

and it work well in both versions

I have both installed. Each works. I can open both side by side.
I think they do share preferences.

Thanks!
It has to be a problem with my machine somewhere then.
