Intel versus Asus query

I'm looking at the Intel D875PBZLK and the ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe motherboards. Any advice on which is better for Vegas, video capture, etc.?

I have the ASUS board and it appears to have enough strength to deliver the goods. (3 ghz + 1 ghz memory). It was a simple installation and the system bois appears to be stable. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the Intel board - but this is my 3rd ASUS over the last 4 years and they haven't failed me yet.
