Interactive Learning DVD

Client wants an audio learning segment added to a project on teaching the Hebrew alphabet.
It would work this way; the user cicks an audio icon and hears an audio clip of a hebrew letter pronounced. From there, he/she writes the letter.
Next, the student activates another icon to see a video clip of the letter written in the proper fashion and measure his/her efforts against that.
This is a tedious undertaking and I was wondering if anybody out there in Vegasland has a suggestion on how best to create this interactive content in DVD Architect.
Thanks,
Peabody

user & student same person?

Depending on how many menu's you use (1gb limit for menu's), this should be easy:

You have a page with a button saying "hear letter". After they do that they can play again (that video goes back to that menu) or they can go to the next menu with the letter displayed. Etc.

There's more clever ways to do it that would save space, things like that, but that's the easiest way.

most important thing: design the menu structure on paper FIRST. Changing menu's can be a pain!

When audio icon is clicked, audio file of teacher pronouncing the letter/word is played. The static icon stays up.
After playing the audio, DVDA jumps back to menu and user clicks the video button to see a video demo of teacher writing letter/word.
Just wish the screen was bigger.
I did a similar project some years ago, and am learning again that DVDA is a powerful program that offers many options. Too many?
Just have to get zoned out and concentrate, concentrate, concentrate.
I'm learning Hebrew and advanced DVDA here. My brain may implode! Big loss there, LOL.
