Interlace fields

Could you pls tell me whats the diference btwn opening a project with interlace fields and work every single file (or video)and aply it "reduce interlace fields" ????????????

Spain is a wonderful country - I have been there many times.

I would do a search for interlace and other important words for this and your second question. There is a lot of information on this forum on both subjects.
