Does VEGAS 4 offer the feature of inserting ISRC (International Standard Recording Code) when burning an Disc-at-Once Audio CD?

In the Audio CD tab within the file properties button there is a blank space to type an Universal Product Code / Media Catalog Number. Is this the place to type an ISRC code?
