internet video

i have a windows media video file that is only 3mb, yet it doesnt open immediately on even very fast computer connections. What is the secret to having the video play on a site, as soon as one clicks on it?

have you tried embedding it into a webpage (using embed tags)? That way it should stream right away. This is from what I remember... sorry about the vagueness.
