Intro Text Flying Together: Vegas Pro 10

WarmGlow wrote on 12/2/2014, 8:33 AM
Warm greetings video users,

I am creating a montage using jpg images in Vegas Pro 10.

3 Questions:
1) can someone explain how I could use Vegas Pro 10 to create intro text that flies together? I am looking for a result similar to what can be done with a preset in iMovie called "Sideways Drift."

Here is a video showing the preset effect (the first 11 seconds of the video show it)

2) Would it be possible to have a "box" with an image from my montage showing at the center of the screen while in the lower portion of the screen the intro text flies together? So, that I can begin the brief montage even while the intro text is flying together.

3) Would anyone be willing to share with me a Vegas Pro 10 template that already has intro text merging - flying together - that I could modify? and possibly movie trailer style ending credits too?

If any kind soul is willing to help definitely let me know how I should credit you.
I mostly use Vegas Pro 10 and Acid Pro 7 for audio. They are both great audio programs.

Quick n Dirty . . Fancy this? I did it VP9. No fancy FXs, just plain ole VP stuff....

Here's the Vid! - It's real ruff, but if you want the VP9 veg it's yours.

Thank you Grazie, john_dennis, and TheHappyFriar!

Your willingness to help makes the Vegas forum a welcoming place for me and I suspect a lot of other new video users feel the same way.
