Got a minor little challenge here. Tried the Vegas4 demo, loved it, bought it on line from 'videoguys.com'; got my serial number, put it in, registered, been editing like crazy. I had loaded 2 weddings when using the demo version. Now when I go to load up another wedding, I go to "Capture" and get the following message; "Please enter your serial number..." I do and get a message telling me it's an invalid number and it needs a certain set of letters to begin with. Obviously I can't just add those to the beginning of my serial number (tried that, didn't work) so I'm stuck. I know, I know, call the folks I got it from and I will when they open in about 1 1/2 hours, in the meantime, I was hoping someone might have experienced this and knows the way out.
