Inverted Chromakeying

i am doin this thing with my skate video were there is a small ramp(about knee level) that i have spraypainted green, i want to take that out of the view to make it as tho the skateboarder is going up nothing, how?

nooooob, you will also need footage of the scene without the ramp and skater. Put this underneath your footage with the ramp, then use the chromakey tool to key out the green ramp. This will allow the background scene to show through where the ramp was.

If you use a tripod and the camera doesn't move (unlikely for a skateboard shoot, I realize) you might be able to use the techniques show here:

which use Vegas 5.0 (or 6.0) compositing features.
