IPod/IMusic

I have a movie made and want to import music files from i Pod files. I am following directions exactly, but when I go to move the music from the "folder" with the specific desired song, the folder is empty. When I log off of Screenblast and go to play the song, it is there in the file.

Does anyone know what the issue is? Is there a compatibility problem between i Pod software and Screenblast?

Thanks!

What formt are the files in? If they are MP3s, you shouldn't have a problem. If, however, there are in AAC / M4P format, you'll have to convert them to MP3 or WAV. AAC -- which is the default format iTunes rips CDs too, and which is also the format of music you buy through iTunes store -- is a protected format. It's not compatible with DVDA.
