Is a way to slow down credit roll?

Is there a way to slow down the credit scroll? If not is there something else i can use to tell a word story while my video is playing in the background.

Making it slower means making the "same" event longer, as in time wise, then you need to make the actual event longer

1/- Make the Credit roll longer

2/- Insert Velocity Envelope

3/- Control s-t-r-e-t-ch the event

Personally, I prefer Text Media rather than Credit Roll.

To slow the credit roll, enter a new Length (longer duration) near the top of its properties window. Then , drag out the length in the timeline to match by dragging out until you see a notch appear on the top edge of the event, then back it off to where the notch is.
