Is DVDA resize images like Vegas?

Please friends some one can help me to resizes image in DVDA, like Match Output Screen in Vegas 4.
If I have to do on Vegas is necessary to re-render the clip?

Any menu object can be resized in DVDA, but full screen movies cannot be resized in DVDA. As a general rule, we advise preparing as much content as possible in Vegas before importing it into DVDA.

If your choice is re-render or experiment, *might* play around with something like Restream on a copy of your rendered mpg2 before importing to dvda.
