Is GIF making possible with VMS HD-Platinum 10?

I'm currently using a program called AVI-to-GIF Converter and it works pretty well but often the files come out looking like they were fast forwarded. Upping latency of course just makes them choppier.
The odd thing is it only happens through Firefox/Chrome, whereas playback with IE9 is slower.

It'd be great if VMS10 had GIF capabilities. If anyone knows how please let me know.

Thanks!

Never tried it with any version of Vegas. I use Photoshop to make mine. Even Photoshop Elements will do it easily.

I *do* use Vegas to extract the (still) frames from a video to import into Photoshop.

Vegas will import animated GIF files, usually.
Vegas will not export animated GIF files.
Vegas will export image sequences, which can be used by many conversion apps to make an animated GIF.
