You can, of course, try it yourself - which you may want to do no matter what other responses you get here. There is a demo version of DVDA, and an "already prepared" project that you can test-burn.
I have burnt the "already prepared" project with HP DVD Writter 300e and DVDA. It works OK. I can see the result correctly in PowerDVD, but not in WinDVD Platinum. My standalone DVD (Belson) also see the result very well. I am happy.
