Is multiple track sync lock possible?

I'm editing a multi-camera shoot and have synced up all the audio and video tracks. Is it possible to now lock everything together to prevent inadvertant loss of sync across all the tracks? I know I can lock Video 1 and Audio 1 together, but it sure would be nice to be able to lock Vid1/Audio1 to Vid2/Audio2, etc.

Isn't grouping enough for what you want? Maybe there is also a Track Header option .. dunno .. Grouping has helped me out before - yeah?

Grouping will work, except that when you're editing across them, you'll need to use either ripple all, or keep grouping/ungrouping. I prefer selection/rippling, myself.

Grouping works o.k. A bit awkward, but do-able. Ripple makes me nervous.

Thanks, guys.

Ripple is very good. I don't do enough multi-track vid/audio that necessitates this type of work. If I did more, I would be more "practised" at it.

Yes, I used grouping for locking multiple tracks and it worked fine so long as I kept the brain in gear. Same with ripple. I think it was DSE who said he'd like a big flashing light to remind him when he is using ripple mode. Good idea, I'd say. But there's always the undo chain.
