Is the Seminar DVD's worth it?

Just wanting to know if anyone has purchsed the Vegas DVD seminar discs? Are they worth the price in educating one about how to use the software? Does the DVD's go over just the basics or does it really go into detail? Please help.

Highly recommend the vasst titles for training as well -

(Look for the bundle pricing on Vegas and DVDA)

I see the latest Sony Siminar Vegas+DVD on ebay sells for under $50. I bid on one the other night that went for $39. I have a couple of training DVDs already so I was looking to spend less that $30.
