Grazie what is k/s? Not sure what you are asking for her but if you have a selection on your timeline you can go to the start of the selection by hitting the "home" key. Sorry, if this isn't what you were referring to.

Another k/s ;-) for you maybe is the "end" key which takes you to the out point of the selection.

Well, not quite - me bad . . I want to go to the start of the SELECTION and immediately play from there. "Home" just goes to the beginning of the Selection - but with no immediate play.

Ctrl+Home or W take you to the start of the project and Ctrl+End to its end. If you want to work within a selection Home/End are the keystrokes. If you want the selection to run when you go to its start might looping (Shift+Q) be the answer?
