My review of the forum shows some agreement that VP could have better support for font types. While waiting for that to happen, is there one that will prevent the 2 errors I show in the attached screenshot. I've gone through dozens and haven't found one yet.

I just do it in Microsoft Word and try to avoid the whole mess.
From Word, Microsoft Print to PDF.
Open PDF in Photoshop, save as PSD.
Open PSD in Vegas, resize to fit your tastes.

@Rich Parry I mostly use "roboto" font (it may require the roboto font install on windows first, I cannot remember if it was needed to install, it is a bit to long ago). Anyway, Vegas will take it over if it is installed on windows.

Thank you for response. In my example image, the font is either Ariel or Century Gothic, I tried so many, I don't recall which. However after more testing, I'm having trouble duplicating the issue. I tried your Verdana suggestion, you are corrent, that font doesn't have the kerning problem.
Thank you for response and suggestion. "Roboto" isn't one of the default fonts in the library. As I said to @Gid, I'm having trouble duplicating the issue, so for now I need to do more testing before bothering folks on the forum.
