Is there a log or timesheet stored

Sometimes I like to pre-render a short segment in order to get an idea how long a full render might take. Vegas shows the estimated time and the running time, but if you are not in the room when the render finishes, that information is cleared. Is there a log stored that indicates how long each process took that I can access after the fact during a session?

You know......just last night I noticed that when you RENDER video in AcidPro4, which uses about the same render properties window as VV3(improved), it will KEEP the little render progress window open(if you want)AFTER completion. Also has a button to open the rendered file on it. I like that, and we'll prob. see this in VV4.

If you look carefully, in the lower left corner of the screen, just above the [Start] button and a little to the right, in the status bar is a display of the total rendering time. I don't think it's labeled obviously, but it's there. However, it only remains until you click on anything and then it disappears. So look carefully after your next render and you'll see it. If your screen saver has kicked in then use the Shift or Ctrl keys to clear it instead of clicking. (Then again, why do you have a screen saver slowing your system down during a render? Turn the monitor off and save power instead.)

It doesn't seem to go away here when clicking around with the mouse. Very good!!!

You can also just note the time you start. When finished, look at the file date and time saved (in Exploder). Easy, but annoying. It would be better if it were more obvious than either of these ways.
