Is there a LUT plugin for Vegas Pro better than VisionColor plugin?

I've been using the VisionColor LUT plugin for some time now, and while it makes thing easier for me, I can't do small tweaks with it. Can someone recommend a better, yet cheap alternative LUT plugin?

Sure there are some, but I am not sure if they will will be cheap (Look3, Hitfilm).

Nah. I just want something with more functions, without breaking the bank.
