is there a slow motion or advanced speed control for vf2

im making a surf movie with vf2 and i would like to play some clips in slow motion, and some maybe a little faster than real life is this possible? if it is where is the function? thanks.

You can incorporate either effect by compressing or expanding a section of the timeline while holding down the Ctrl key. Just drag and you'll see a zig zag line through the frames that have the effect. Best to isolate a small section using the split function.

You can also right click on an event, select Properties, and then change the playback rate. If you change this to 2.0, it would be double speed, and changing this to 0.5 would be half speed, etc.
