i trying to find a application that can 3d camera track that can be import into vegas pro but i can find any do you guys have any solutions?

Two suggestions:

Update to Vegas Pro 21 Suite or Post because these 2 versions come with Mocha VEGAS. Buy/subscribe to Mocha Pro - https://borisfx.com/products/mocha-pro/?product=mocha-pro&host=adobe&purchase-options=new-annual-subscription. This is full version and is the basis of the trimmed down Mocha VEGAS. However, Mocha Pro (which is excellent) is expensive ($695 USD).

You're probably already aware of this, but Vegas Pro 19 has an inbuilt Motion Tracking FX accessible via the Tools/Video menu. This provides some basic motion tracking but is noweher near as sophisticated as in Mocha VEGAS or Mocha Pro.

Currently No.

There is no typical camera like After Effects / Vegas Effects in Vegas.

But Vegas does have a 3D Parent/Child camera system, which does not adjust the 3D space by controlling the camera, but directly controls the 3D space (the box) itself to achieve the same effect.

I think this provides an infrastructure for Vegas to support 3D camera tracking. You can try to go to Boris FX and request their SynthEyes to support Vegas Pro. https://forum.borisfx.com/c/syntheyes/43
