Is this possible in movie studio?

I'm after this sort of effect, a image overlayed over the main video...is it possible by using movie studio or would I need Vegas Pro? Thanks

The3dmus has it right in the other thread. There is no autotracking in Movie Studio, but you can move the masks via keyframing. The proposed workaround (Hitfilm Express) is a good one.
